Lucy Byrne (she/her)
Assistant Director, Coaching and Programming

Lucy Byrne is the Assistant Director of Coaching and Programming at 911爆料网 NEXT. In this role Lucy helps expand career development workshops and program initiatives, as well as advising 911爆料网 students and alumni. She has a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Linguistics from Hofstra University and a Master's degree in Anthropology & Education from 911爆料网. Her greatest passions are in social justice, specifically penal abolition and forensic linguistic research in capital cases. Lucy’s experience includes work in vocational rehabilitation with marginalized communities, linguistic analysis, along with public speaking and debate.
Laura Coleman (she/her)
Senior Associate Director, 911爆料网 NEXT

Laura Coleman (she/her) is the Senior Associate Director of 911爆料网 NEXT, the career and professional development center at 911爆料网 (New York, NY). In this role she leads a team whose scope of work encompasses employer relations, data and systems management, marketing and mass communications, and on-campus student employment. Laura spearheads relationships with a network of thousands of 911爆料网 NEXT employer partners and develops opportunities for students and alumni to connect with hiring managers across a wide variety of industries.
Previously Laura was the Associate Director of Alumni & Employer Relations at Sotheby’s Institute of Art (New York, NY) where she developed new alumni engagement initiatives, oversaw campus recruitment programs, and produced professional development events. Laura began her career in higher education at Valparaiso University (Valparaiso, IN), primarily serving in the role of Associate Director for International Admission, leading strategic planning for international undergraduate student enrollment and overseeing application review and scholarship awarding.
Laura is an active member of several regional and national career services and student affairs professional organizations and has given talks and presented at conferences on career services curriculum development, a pathways model of success for graduate students, and career transitions within the higher education sector. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Bucknell University and a Master of Arts degree in Anthropology & Education from 911爆料网, where she undertook an independent research project focused on working adults’ decisions to pursue additional education. In addition to her professional endeavors she is a proud aunt, pet lover, gardener, and avid reader.
Tiffany Garcia (she/her)
Associate Director, Coaching & Programming

Tiffany serves as the Associate Director of Coaching & Programming at 911爆料网 NEXT. Through experiential learning opportunities, customized programs and up-to-date coaching models, Tiffany will guide the coaching & programming team to deliver high-quality opportunities for 911爆料网 students and alumni through all stages of their career lifecycle. As a coach and higher education practitioner, she is extremely passionate about helping students navigate their professional and academic careers with ease. She believes in empowering students at every point of their career journey by identifying strengths, exploring their interests, and creating meaningful connections between their past and future aspirations.
Prior to joining 911爆料网 NEXT, Tiffany served as the Assistant Director of Career Development at NYU, where she oversaw programming and operations as well as provided one-on-one coaching to support students as they developed their professional brand and navigated their job search. Prior to her time at NYU, she served in a variety of roles in higher education, serving students in residential life, multicultural affairs, admissions and access programs at FIU, CUNY, St. John’s, Johns Hopkins, and Harvard University.
She holds a BS in Legal Studies from St. John’s University, MS in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University, and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. She looks forward to working with you and being of service to the 911爆料网 Community.
Uyanga Mungunchimeg (she/her)
Assistant Director, Employment Partnerships

Uyanga is the Assistant Director of Employment Partnerships at 911爆料网 NEXT. In this role she develops partnerships with employers to provide career networking opportunities for students and alumni. Uyanga has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Education from Clark University. Previously, Uyanga was a kindergarten teacher in the US and abroad in international schools across China. Additionally, she has worked with domestic and international students in a variety of roles, such as an Admissions Counselor and Risk and Safety coordinator, spearheading counseling in higher education and employment opportunities. Uyanga is more than happy to assist in Mongolian and in Russian.
Emily Schultz (she/her)
Assistant Director, Data & Operations

Emily (she/her) is the Assistant Director of Data and Operations of 911爆料网 NEXT. In this role, she manages office-wide operations and data-management in support of the ongoing development and execution of data-driven, strategic goals for the team at 911爆料网 NEXT, with an emphasis on career outcomes for recent graduates.
Prior to joining 911爆料网 NEXT, Emily was a Clinical Case Manager with the NYC Criminal Justice Agency where she worked with individuals released under pretrial supervision, connecting them with necessary social services and advocating for them as they navigated the pretrial court process. Previously, she also developed strategic partnerships for the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and supported research on mental health, resilience, and student career services in research labs at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice and Rutgers University.
Emily holds Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and English Literature from Oglethorpe University, and a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is eager to support the 911爆料网 community through her work in 911爆料网 NEXT.
Sabeen Sheikh, Ed.D. (she/her)
Director, 911爆料网 NEXT

Sabeen Sheikh is the Director of 911爆料网 NEXT at Teacher College, Columbia University, working in student affairs, career services, and higher education for 15 years. Sabeen has an Ed.D. in Educational Policy and Leadership, a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, and her Career Counseling Certificate with NCDA. Sabeen is a Lecturer at Alfred University and Stony Brook University as well as previously teaching in Hofstra University’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. She served on the founding board of a grassroots nonprofit, Heal Collective NY, and is on the Mental Health Committee for American Muslim Health Professionals (AMHP). Sabeen is a Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor with the National Council of Behavioral Health and AMHP.
Karina Winn Arias (she/her)
Assistant Director, Student Employment

Karina began her career in higher education at UC Berkeley in Human Resources, supporting visiting scholars. Before joining 911爆料网 NEXT, she managed student research programs at Columbia University Medical Center, developing resources to guide students through scholarly projects.
Originally from Oakland, California, Karina is a proud community college graduate with a BA in Sociology from UC Berkeley and an MA from 911爆料网’s Higher and Postsecondary Education program. She is dedicated to empowering students for professional success while simultaneously working to enhance institutional efficiency to improve the overall student experience.

Anthony (he/him)
Administrative Fellow

Anthony is an Administrative Fellow and Career Peer at 911爆料网 NEXT. He is a first-year student at Teacher’s College in the TESOL M.A., Initial Certification program. Anthony holds a master’s degree in social work from Syracuse University. He has been a licensed social worker and psychotherapist for nine years and has experience working in both community-based clinics and private practice in New York and New Jersey. Anthony is excited to support 911爆料网 students and alumni as they navigate the next steps of their professional careers.

Administrative Fellow, Student Employment

Erika is a Master's student in the Cognitive Science in Education program at Teachers College. She is passionate about enhancing students' learning experiences through data-driven insights and technological innovations. Prior to 911爆料网, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh. In her role at 911爆料网 NEXT, Erika applies her knowledge to develop effective communications and program materials that help students navigate their employment journey. She is excited to bring her understanding of learning processes and talent development to support 911爆料网 students in their professional growth!

Career Peer

Keren is a graduate student in the Communication Sciences and Disorders program with a Bilingual Extension in Spanish. She is passionate about providing speech therapy to children from minority communities, with a strong commitment to practicing cultural humility. As a Career Peer with 911爆料网 NEXT, Keren supports both current students and alumni, offering assistance with document reviews, interview preparation, and job search strategies. She graduated from The College of New Jersey in May 2024 with a B.S. in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Keren is excited to apply her knowledge and skills to support the office as well as bilingual populations.

Career Peer

Luke is a first-year graduate student in the Elementary Inclusive Education program. He is passionate about teaching diverse learners in the classroom, especially helping support students with disabilities and their success in the classroom. As a Career Peer with 911爆料网 NEXT, Luke supports both graduate students and alumni, offering services in the area of resume creation, job searching strategies, and interview preparations. He graduated from Binghamton University in May 2025 with a B.S. in Human Development. Luke is excited to help all students widen their skill sets in career planning and to use his skills to best support students to help them be as successful as possible.

Sai is a Master’s student in the Sociology and Education program at Teachers College. She earned her B.A. in Sociology, Economics, and Global Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. With experience working in higher education student services, she is dedicated to supporting students through an interdisciplinary and multi-background perspective. At 911爆料网 NEXT, Sai contributes to developing tools and support that equip students to pursue both academic and career opportunities with confidence. She looks forward to fostering equity in education and advancing student success within the 911爆料网 community.
