Program Description:

School Violence Prevention & Intervention Workshop

All applicants for certification are required to complete two clock hours of coursework or training in school violence prevention and intervention in accordance with section 3004 of the Education Law. This training is available from 911爆料网 who is a provider approved by the New York State Education Department. Participants will receive a certificate indicating that they completed the training, and our certification team will share workshop completion data directly with New York State.

911爆料网 students may also address the School Violence requirement by taking HBSS 4116.

Price: $35.00

Registration will close 48-72 hours before the workshop date or when the workshop is closed/full.

This workshop is limited to 40 participants.

Participants are asked to arrive a half-hour before the workshop begins.

Latecomers will not be admitted.

Upon Completion

After participants complete their workshop, they will receive a pdf of their certificate. In addition, the 911爆料网 Office of Teacher Education shares completion data with the New York State Education Department so that participants’ TEACH accounts reflect their completion status, without any additional steps from participants.
