Times Editorial References 911爆料网 Study of CUNY ASAP Program
A New York Times Editorial on Jan. 15 references a authored by 911爆料网's Henry Levin and Emma Garcia which found that CUNY's ASAP (Accelerated Study in Associate Programs), which provide money for books, coaching, tutoring, tuition waivers and transportation, improve community college graduation rates. Levin is the William H Kilpatrick Professor of Economics & Education and Founder of the at Teachers College, where Garcia is an affiliated researcher.
