Nutritionist and former fashion model Ellie Krieger (M.S. '94) is the host of Food Network’s “Healthy Appetite,” the best-selling author of several books, including Small Changes, Big Results, Revised and Updated: A Wellness Plan with 65 Recipes for a Healthy, Balanced Life Full of Flavor, and a contributing editor and monthly columnist for Women’s Health, Fine Cooking and Food Network magazines.
