Heritage Foundation Responds to Chatterji's Critique of Florida Reforms
n a letter to The Answer Sheet blog in the Washington Post, authors of the Heritage study respond to Madhabi Chatterji's critique of their study, "Closing the Racial Achievement Gap: Learning from Florida's Reforms." Chatterji restates her earlier points, asserting that, "using standard conventions of social science, the authors have not conducted a research study at all."
