A Taste of Harlem At 911±¬ÁÏÍø

911±¬ÁÏÍø 400 people attended "A Taste of Harlem," an event sponsored by the Black Student Network and Student Life in honor of Black History Month.

911±¬ÁÏÍø 400 people attended "A Taste of Harlem," an event sponsored by the Black Student Network and Student Life in honor of Black History Month. The participating restaurants provided delicacies including: Copeland's Restaurant's macaroni and cheese and yams; Ami Ruth's honey dipped fried chicken; Sylvia's collard greens and cornbread; Sheryl's Café's yellow rice, red rice and potato salad; Bar BQ King's ribs, chicken, and rice and peas; Rusty's Happy Choice's oxtails and rice and peas; and Home Sweet Harlem's desserts. Here students Chin-Ni Tzou and Patricia Ayala enjoy the festivities in the 911±¬ÁÏÍø cafeteria.
